The Associate Product Manager, in partnership with cross functional team (Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, etc.) managing the product development and production process for a given product classification. The Associate Product Manager proactively seeks opportunities to elevate the product, achieve the financial goals of the category, and enhance operational efficiency.
By presenting new and challenging merchandising and product ideas, the merchants are key to the development and enhancement of the business. Through assortment planning, analyzing sales and profit, line development, merchandise selection on a seasonal basis and knowing the customer, including key product trends, our Merchandising teams play a critical role in determining what is sold in our stores and ecommerce channels.
The Assistant Designer provides operational support to the Design team in the creation and execution of a line. The Assistant Designer researches relevant trends, maintains the organization of the design office, communicates with the cross functional team (Merchandising, Production, Graphics), and assists the team in preparation for all milestone meetings. This role will report to a Designer and assist with girl’s woven categories.
The Associate Designer, in partnership with the cross functional team (Merchandising, Production, Graphics, etc.) designs and executes a product classification. The Associate Designer researches relevant trends, communicates with the cross functional team and participates in all milestone meetings. This position will be responsible for the Guys Woven's category, including: bottoms, tops and outerwear.
The Graphic Designer, Girls, in partnership with the cross functional team (Merchandising, Production, Design, etc.) drives the design and execution of innovative graphics for a total classification. The Graphic Designer will proactively seek opportunities to ensure trend right, relevant product and achieve the financial goals of the category while supporting the brand. As a leader within the Design department, the Graphic Designer supports and participates in all applicable company wide initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing Girl’s Graphics for Tees and Light Weight Knit categories.
