The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Aeropostale digital ecommerce business. This role will manage KPIs, customer service, fulfillment, omni initiatives, and the maintenance and execution of customer experience vendors. One of the primary focuses of this role will be developing SOPs across these areas and continuous process improvement. They will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with high-level leadership, external partners, cross-functional teammates, as well as customers. Maintaining a customer centric mindset at all times will be pivotal to this role. This position will support the efforts to establish, eliminate, or change processes that will contribute to the overall improvement of the customer experience.
The Assistant Designer provides operational support to the Design team in the creation and execution of a line. They researche relevant trends, maintains the organization of the design office, communicates with the cross functional team (Merchandising, Production, Tech Design), and assists the team in preparation for all milestone meetings.

The Vice President, Creative Director leads the inception, development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns and content creation across all consumer facing touch-points. They keep the consumer at the core while articulating the brand’s unique identity. They own the brand’s visual communication and upholds brand standards in marketing content.
The Vice President, Creative Director has a hands-on leadership style and leads an in-house team of graphic designers, copy writers, producers and contracted partners in the creative execution of integrated marketing strategies through partnership with multiple cross functional teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing, internal leadership & parent company). They are able to artfully balance business and merchandising demands with the needs of the consumer to build brand awareness and drive engagement. This person equally inspires their team and our consumers and is knowledgeable about creative & content best practices. They cultivate a creative environment who thinks big while being hands on in executing multiple deliverables within an agile and fast-paced working environment. This person understands both retail and digital environments and can develop compelling stories for our consumers to connect the two.
The Allocator is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels in our stores. They are responsible for initial allocations as well as replenishment of all goods. Allocators work closely with their cross-functional partners to identify and react to business needs.
